What is the return policy?

You have until 30 days to request a refund/return/exchange, all returns are subject to review. Any merchandise being returned or exchanged must be unwashed, undamaged and odor-free. Returns after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. For any print quality issues, please include a clear photo of the item on a flat, well-lit surface. This will help us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. *Refunds do not include shipping taxes.

*Face masks are final sale items and cannot be returned for safety reasons. If there is an issue with your face mask please follow the above instructions and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

Do you accept international orders outside of the US?

Absolutely! Shipping rates depend on the country.

 

Why are some shipping rates higher than others?

Due to the different print providers being used for the products, some charge more than others. We tested many providers on certain designs and products to come up with the ones who consistently delivered the highest quality results. And in some cases that meant having the products printed outside the US. Some styles and sizes aren't currently available from our primary US vendors while others are, so in some cases "combined shipping" isn't possible which does result in a higher shipping cost. We've tried to balance it out by keeping prices as low as possible. Overall we feel the quality is what matters the most- and we're hopeful most people agree with this mindset also.

 

How long does it normally take to receive my order?

Processing takes anywhere from 2-4 business days. Around holidays it could be a little longer. After processing and once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to 3 weeks. The extra small shirts, bikinis and briefs can take the longest at 2-3 weeks.
